I. In order to confirm a booking, a downpayment equivalent to 50 percent of the total charge is required. The rest of the amount shall be settled upon check-in at the property with cash only.

 

2. Cancellation of Booking. Down-payment for reservation is not refundable but it is rebookable or transferable. However, travel period should be within one year of the original booking.  For no- show-up due to act of God, we accommodate re-booking or refund of 90 percent of the down-payment.

 

3. The minimum number of nights to book is two (2) nights.

 

4. Booking through our online system will direct you to pay the downpayment only through PayPal using credit or debit card. You must have a PayPal account in order to do so.

 

5. Due to the banking condition in Batanes wherein payment with credit or debit card is not operational, guests can have another option to make payments. For guests who prefer to be cash-free when travelling to Batanes can settle the full amount one week prior to their check-in date and the payment can either be deposited to our bank account or be sent separately through your PayPal account (send to: villadebabat@gmail.com)

 

6. Guests who prefer not to use card (or may not have one by any chance) may deposit their downpayment or full payment to our bank account. Call or email us to make the reservation  and upon receiving your downpayment deposit we will email you back to confirm your booking. Villa de Babat reserves the right to cancel reservation/s if downpayment is not received witin seven days.
